Owners of this home set in the hills of Northern NSW wanted to not only revamp their home but to create a unique entertaining area to make the most of the stunning views. The living areas were treated to new spotted gum timber flooring throughout, whilst the kitchen, main bath & ensuite were completely gutted and made new. The chefs grade kitchen features industrial stainless-steel benchtops, walk in pantry and 30mm stone tops throughout. The kitchen extends onto the newly constructed 72sqm deck and features striking New Guinea Rosewood bifold doors and windows. The outdoor entertaining deck is easily the new centrepiece of the home. Armac Construction were awarded the task of re-designing and constructing this once quaint farmhouse into a current rural residence, yet still keeping in touch with its heritage. The cottage was a three bedroom abode, however Ryan and his team from Armac Construction set to task to create a four bedroom residence complete with brand new kitchen, bathroom & laundry. Both front and back decks were renovated in addition to new roofing and paint work, both internally and externally.
